With apologies, this is written like a biography. At least it is suitable for a straight cut and paste into any speaker section of a conference.
Ian is a consultant and his aim is to provide technical
expertise in information management processes, data
management technology and spatial database implementation
to oil and gas companies and data vendors.
Ian has more than 17 years working in the upstream oil industry in 11 countries. He has degrees in Geophysics and Software Technology and has specialised in loading, storing and extracting E & P data for earth scientists to use and providing support to end users.
